freestylin'

The Beautiful Bride is out of town, in Birmingham, spreading the good news about Show Offs Art.

Which means that I am in charge of all things domestic at the AtwoodZoo. For six days.

All has gone fairly well until early yesterday when we had a zipper issue with Suzie's skirt. Which meant we had to pull the pre-approved Thursday outfit for today to wear on Wednesday. Which meant that we had to use the Friday outfit today. Which means...(cue the scary music) NO PRE-APPROVED OUTFIT FOR SUZIE TO WEAR ON FRIDAY.

So I am freestylin' on Suzie's outfit for tomorrow.

It is one thing to freestyle on dinner - a three day diet of Lucky Charms does not do lasting  harm - but freestylin' on school clothes for a female middle schooler is a much bigger issue.

(not to mention to on-going hair issue...)

And so I covet the prayers of the nation as I try to find an acceptable, matching, clean outfit for Suzie tomorrow.

I know that God can do big miracles, but to me this challenge ranks up there with parting of the Red Sea and Water into Wine...
