Looks like Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus/Miley Ray Cyrus is in time out from Consumer Reports.
She didn't buckle her seat belt in a scene from recent movie...
I've been looking for a reason not to shell out the $15/head for Hannah in 3-D. Now I've got an excuse, she does not buckle her seat belt...
